- No smoking and no pets allowed in any of the cabins.
- There is an additional charge, per guest/per night, for any guests above the “base price” of two. The online reservation system will tabulate your fees accordingly, so please enter your actual (and honest) guest count.
- You must have a credit card to make a reservation. Your credit card will be charged for your first night’s stay at the time of your reservation. Reservations can be cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival, and you will be refunded your money, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Late cancellations and No Shows will not receive a refund.
- Add 7% sales tax, 5% innkeepers tax, and 3% surcharge.
- Minimum two night stay required for the cabins. One night reservations are accepted for the Bed & Breakfast rooms.
- Guests who are ages 24 years or under MUST be accompanied by at least one other guest who is 25 years or older and who will stay in the same cabin for the entire vacation.
Remember, you are in the country and there are bugs and wildlife around and weather related situations which can occur. While we make every effort to accommodate you, we do not give refunds for what Mother Nature presents!
